producer and exporter, capitalising on its competitiveness, innovation and
productivity in palm oil-based products. Oleochemicals produced in Malaysia have
capture 52% of the world market and consist of amongst them
Basic oleochemicals such as Fatty acids, Fatty alcohols,
Fatty esters as well as other Oleochemical Derivatives
like, Fatty amines, Amides, Stearates, Oleates, Food
emulsifiers, Plasticisers/stabilizers, Sulphonates/sulphates,
Soap noodles.
It was with the intention of capitalizing on the opportunities
and resources in the oleochemical industry available
in Malaysia that Greenwell Oleochemicals Sdn. Bhd. was
incorporated on 24th April 1998.
The principal activity our company is in the trading
of oleochemicals and products related to it. Our company
supplies a wide range of specialty chemicals to the
oleochemicals, oils and fats industries.
Our company also holds agencies for several overseas
companies that are related to the oleochemical, oils
and fats industries.
Greenwell Ingredients Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on
2nd May 2004, becoming the latest edition of the Greenwell
Group of Companies. Greenwell Ingredients specializes
in the personal care markets. As is generally known
in the personal care sector, product quality is of utmost
priority. In Greenwell, we have established a good network
of contacts to allow us to gain access to these supplies.
This forms the very basis of our services to our customer
whom otherwise will not have access to these sources
of supplies.
Amongst the many products available in the market for
personal care sector, we at Greenwell are discreet in
sourcing for these supplies, ensuring top quality products
at affordable prices for our customers. Our product
portfolios are continuing to grow, thanks to the market
dynamics and customers' requirements.
Fragrances and Essential Oils
In August 2004, Greenwell Ingredients officially obtained
the agency to supply Robertet's range of fragrances
and essential oils. Robertet is an internationally recognized
and reputable perfume house in France (Grasse), with
over 150 years of history. Their fragrances and essential
oils are developed with highly sophisticated robotic
machines and computers. It is also ISO certified, giving
greater advantage to our customers in terms of quality
and many other supporting areas. These fragrances can
be used in many areas depending on our customer requirements.
Personal care products to household care products are
the main sectors using these fragrances, but the usage

Other products Greenwell Ingredients can supply to customers
are mainly oleochemical base, such as Glycerine, Stearic
Acids, Oleic Acids, Lauric Acids, etc. These products
are mainly used in the personal care sector as well.
However, Greenwell Ingredients also supports customers
from different industries for these ranges of oleochemicals.
At this moment, Greenwell Ingredients as well as Greenwell
Group of Companies is growing on a continuous basis

3. Greenwell Esters Sdn. Bhd.
Incorporated in August 2002, Greenwell Esters Sdn. Bhd. was formed solely for the purpose
of general trading of other products not related to
the field of oleochemicals or has no close relations
to it. Currently, GE is representing Suzuki Yoshi from
Japan in selling its products in Malaysia. GE also
trades in other products such as cotton yarns, activated
carbons as well as non woven filter bags for the oleochemical
and soap noodle filtration process.
